Toil elimination

A client was pulling 178 SPINS reports by hand every week because they didn’t want to upgrade their API package. We wrote them a script that pulls all 178 in minutes and loads the data straight into SPEX. Nobody asked us to. We just saw the hours their analyst was losing and fixed it.

Workflow replacement

Another client was forecasting retailer demand in a shared Google Sheet, with four people typing numbers into cells and arguing over the totals. We built them a structured forecasting tool with real inputs, a real database, and a chatbot on top — so now anyone on the team can ask “what are we projecting at Target in Q2?” and get an answer grounded in their own forecasts. It wasn’t in scope. It was just obviously the right thing to build.

Growth win

We spotted in SPINS that a client’s three largest competitors were losing share at Target while the rest of the category was growing — and noticed our client was winning in every store where they sat head-to-head with those brands on shelf. We built the buyer deck that told that story with the data. Our client walked it into Target, won a regional launch, and went nationwide six months later.
